May 7, 2019– Concert goers are in for a treat on June 28th at the Princes Hall in Aldershot. The Rushmoor “Odd Fellows” Male Voice Choir have invited Camberley & District Silver Band as guest performers for their summer concert. The evening will be a celebration of music including some choral and brass band classics, a variety of popular numbers and even TV and show tunes. What’s more, the fun is in aid of a great cause – Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices for children and young adults.

Peter Viveash, Chairman of The Rushmoor ‘Odd Fellows’ Male Voice Choir, is looking forward to a great evening for both performers and audience alike. “Besides dipping into our extensive repertoire of over 400 items we are excited to have added a few great new songs to our programme and are delighted to welcome Camberley & District Silver Band who always put on a brilliant show” he stated.

Chris Alexander, Musical Director of Camberley & District Silver Band said “The band are delighted to have been invited to join the choir and we are very much looking forward to an evening of fantastic music. We raise money for local charities throughout the year and we are very pleased to be able to contribute to this deserving local cause.”

Gemma Rolfe, Fundraising assistant for Naomi House & Jacksplace, is equally enthusiastic, saying “Rushmoor Male Voice Choir are a fantastic group and are firm believers of Naomi House & Jacksplace. We are extremely grateful for their support once again and appreciate their time. It is guaranteed to be a fantastic evening so don’t miss out! The service we offer is a life line to many families across the South and we wouldn’t be able to provide this level of care without the dedicated support.”

Tickets for the concert are available from Prince Hall Box Office on 01252 329155 or online at princeshall.com.
